I do not have children but I fear from the parents. Also the noise level around 2am while people are coming back from partying are starting to escalate. I liked the community better when it was Archtones.

Two things that bothers me; the fact that the new company took away the online app to day rent, and the club house is closed and off limit after the staff are gone for the day. Residents dont really get the chance to enjoy the amneties provided in there, it basically for show and for the staff to enjoy will the tenants pay for the look and upkeeping.
