|Recommended: YesLoving It — Yes, you will hear your neighbors and your neighbors will hear you at times. But in the bigger scheme of things it is quiet and serene most of the time.
Flooring and insulation close to the windows and doors could be reinforced. Quality of appliances and fixtures are modern and appropriate for an apartment.
Fell in love at first sight after a long and painful house apartment hunt. Loving it so far...
|Recommended: YesThe Danforth has been exceptional — Great apartment, given the amenities, it is a great price too. Only downside is that many children run around loudly in other apartments and it's pretty noticeable.

The amenities including the gym, pool and lobby area are help us stay active. We enjoy walking on the trail across the way. The shops and restaurants are a great convenience

Our unit is so beautiful, and its great to be the very first couple to occupy it The only downfall about living here is the price of our rent. It is super high and hard to afford. We will have to move at the end of the year, but until then we will soak up all the amazing things The Danforth has to offer. Thank you
