|Recommended: YesBetter than most — Nice community with nice amenities. The usual neighbor noise, but that's to be expected with apartment living. Pet friendly, which is AMAZING considering how difficult it normally is to find a community that doesn't ban breeds would definitely recommend.

|Recommended: NoRiverview has gone downhill in the past 12 months — If someone were to ask me what it's like living here, I'd tell them it used to be great, it's in a great location, and the residents are extremely friendly, polite, and really fantastic - but that the office staff and overall operations are just subpar, and only getting worse in regards to communication and resolving issues in the past year or so. I've had my security fob stop working once and my name removed from the lockbox twice, and that's just in the past 3 weeks. There have been numerous issues and I've submitted my concerns plenty of times, yet nothing is resolved, and no one from management even reaches out to make an attempt, except when I go to the office and ask to speak with the manager, and still things are not resolved. I can't take it anymore here, so I put in my 60 day request to vacate, because I've been renting apartments for 17 years now and never had ANY problems with anyone, before this all started here a year or so ago.
I am sorry you have not been happy as of recent. The office staff has taken your concerns seriously and attempted to resolve anything you may have brought to our attention. We do hope you are happy in your new home and wish you the best.

|Recommended: YesPremier Service with a Smile — I have been living in the Riverview Landing Apartment Complex for a year and I just had to submit feedback to praise the Premier Client Service that I receive anytime I come in contact with the ladies in the rental office. Everyone always greets me with a smile and they always attend to any questions or concerns that I have very expeditiously and helpfully. I have worked in a Client Service role for most of my life and have received countless trainings so I recognize great service and know the amount of effort that goes into consistently providing service with a smile. The Riverview team has mastered the skill of providing great service and they consistently exceed my expectations so I wanted to take a moment and to let them know how much I appreciate and value the positive experiences that I have had as a result of their professional and pleasant attitudes and their consistent willingness to help. Mara, Katie, Connie are absolutely the best most beautiful attributes at Riverview.
