|Recommended: YesBeautiful and Peaceful — We moved in over 2 years ago. We have had an AWESOME experience here. The property is beautiful, inviting, spacious and peaceful. We have, being on the bottom floor, had times of neighbors above that were a bit noisy with foot fall. But in having new neighbors move in above, we hardly hear anything. We certainly rarely hear anything from next door. No loud music on property or other disruptive behavior. Parking is pretty good, we recently have more added to our building. The new porter is EXCELLENT and new maintenance are very thorough and quick to respond. We LOVE living here and certainly recommend it to friends. The square footage for the money is the BEST IN THE AREA. That is what made our choice for us to move here.
|Recommended: YesGood community to live in, parking lot feels up too quick. — All around the community is great, hardly worry about my neighbors, ground is kept up and the office staff has always been polite and responds quickly. My one complaint would be the parking, especially if you get off of work at night you will find yourself parking further away from your apartment.
|Recommended: YesWonderful place — The units are beautiful, complex amenities are really great and the landscaping is very nice with improvements nearly every day.
I just wish there was a solution for the parking situation, and also I wish fellow residents were more considerate about their trash and their pets' messes. Also I would like for the western side of the complex to look as nice as the east, somehow
|Recommended: YesThis is a good place to live. — It's nice to enjoy the pool and a walk. There are workout facilities and yoga three nights a week. staff is easy to talk to .
|Recommended: YesAs usual, the best — Having a washer issue and the ladies are on it. I have had to wait for a part so it hasn't been fixed quickly but it isn't their fault or in their control. What IS in their control is that they have kept me in the loop, made me feel like they HATED that I was having an issue and that they would do ALL they could to get it handled. Even calling me when they're closed so I know what is going on.
Heather, Randi and everyone at Aspire formerly Alta are AMAZING. They're helpful and go above and beyond. I am moving to another Lincoln property in Las Colinas and already know there is little chance their staff will be as good. We'll see
|Recommended: YesLove Living at Aspire — My husband and I left out house for an apartment in order to have less responsibility while I am in school. It proved to be the best decision for us We love living at Aspire. You can hear you neighbors, but what else can you expect at any apartment. All of the wonderful qualities of Aspire out weight the minimal noise. The apartments feel spacious and warm. I feel like I am in a home. We will be resigning our lease for another year once ours is up
|Recommended: YesThe only problem i have with these aparments is the parking. — Its a great place to live, but parking is a pain, a lot of times you cannot find parking and have to park on the opposite side of the complex.

Thank you for the review. We have some exciting news regarding our parking. We have just received approval to move forward on adding parking on the north east corner of the property. We look to break ground in the next couple of weeks.Once this is completed, we will begin re-positioning guest parking to allow more residents to have closer parking to their apartment homes. We are hoping this alleviates some of our current parking concerns.

Everything has been great including parking, maintenance, neighbors, trash valet, and the office staff. We definitely feel like we're at home. Randy is the best

|Recommended: YesParking maintenance needs work. — Parking is horrendous, the gates call box is iffy at best. Charter being mandatory servicer has caused numerous issues. New website doesn't allow to make partial payments. Maintenance is slow to fix issues unless you follow up.
Office staff is friendly and apologetic and goes beyond to try to fix things within their power.
|Recommended: YesAspire is an excellent place to live. — I have stayed at Aspire for 1.3 years and its an excellent place to live, very well maintained. The staff is really good, they really helped us to get any of our requests done without any followups during our stay. I really appreciate the staff at the leasing office, every time we went they received us very well and resolved our requests or complaints.
The place is spacious and convenient for vehicle parking, the apartment 310 we lived was very comfortable for us. Overall it was an awesome experience for us to stay at Aspire.
I would definitely recommend this place to any one, I can rate 5 out of 5.

|Recommended: YesThere is no place like HOME — I absolutely LOVE, not only being a employee for this community, but a resident as well My family and I have lived in the community since 2012. The school district is amazing, location is convenient to everything we need, my daughters have many friends that they enjoy playing with in the HUGE courtyard, and of course the staff is AMAZING I may be a little biased Aspire Fossil Creek is managed by the renowned Lincoln Property Company, the second largest managing company in the nation. I plan and hope to continue to call this place my home for years to come while building a career with such a superb company. And most importantly, WE HAVE THE BEST RESIDENTS

They NEVER make you feel like you're an inconvenience. Love there pet policies.
