The staff is fairly responsive to your maintenance and other requests- definitely more responsive than the staff at the other apartment communities I've lived in. The community is very clean, well landscaped, well lit - and for the most part, it's quiet. The amenities are great - valet garbage and recycling, two pools, a gym, package concierge service and other things I'm sure that I'm forgetting. The only major downside is that it's hard to find parking near our building, and we don't really have much of an opportunity to get to know our neighbors - but both of these are problems that you'll also have at any other apartment complex.

It is quiet and peaceful and the grounds are always kept in good condition. Nice pool area and friendly staff. The package concierge is a great feature that makes receiving packages really convenient.
