|Recommended: YesAffordable with quality — I like living in these apartments, I would definitely recommend someone to live here. The interior in the apartments are a good quality without the expensive price. These apartments are good for someone that is either in college or trying to save money and still have the ability to stay in a nice apartment. It's very quiet at night, not a lot of loud music at least not often. You'll hear music and people talking loudly but if you don't mind that, you're gonna be okay. I'm fine with those kinds of noises because they eventually go away. If you don't bother anyone, they won't bother you. You just have to watch your surroundings and keep to yourself. The parking is good. I will always find a spot no matter what time I come home. But if you have a visitor always make sure they park in the visitor's and register because they will tow their car. And it costs 298 to get the car out and those people are not friendly they don't care if you registered. If you parked in a non-visitor spot and you still registered, you car will get towed. And they come at random times to check so if you have a visitor, register your car and take a screen shot of the confirmation screen, take a picture of your car parked in the spot that is labeled visitors. Just in case they do tow your car. Other than that these apartments are great Maintenance is amazing, they fix everything quickly and efficiently. When my shower had no water running, I put in the work order and in that same day my shower was fixed The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful

BECAUSE THEY FAIL TO PAY RENUWAL OF THE POOL
THE WHOLE RESEON US MOVIN HERE WAS BECAUSE YOU TOLD US THE POOL IS OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND BUT POOL IS CLOSED
We completely understand everyone's frustration with the pool's not being open at this time, summertime heat is the worst and it is not our intention to keep our residents away from their amenities. Please know that as soon as we are permitted to we will open the pool for our residents enjoyment.

|Recommended: YesIts a lot nicer than others in the same price range — Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The noise is not bad at all. The grounds are under construction a lot lately so there is some kind of building either on the complex itself, or on the parking lot. My only real complaint is the foundation of my apartment. The building is crooked. Everything is slightly slanted toward the window. You can see it best when cooking in a pan. You learn to live through it, and I don't know if it is a problem with all the buildings. Overall....its not bad.

|Recommended: YesSatisfied with living conditions and environment. — It is a very calm neighborhood, we have not had issues with neighbors.
|Recommended: NoIt was home — It went down over time, I've been here for 17 years, this is the 4th owner, I seen many staff come and go, I stayed because I don't like to move around and the next move I would make would be into a home, but the owner stop taking Housing that I'm on so they not renewing my lease, after almost 2 decades of living here never late on rent never caused problems you would think I would have gotten treated better than I did, the management is unfriendly and rude and they never remember your name, it has been a bad experience since they came on board, plus the crime has increased and so has the violence. It's bitter sweet because I raised my children here, but now I'm off to a better place. You would think that they would want to keep good residents.
|Recommended: YesVery few things to complain about- love this living community — The apartments are reasonably priced and maintenance is always upheld- only complaint would be the newly added water bill though I know some things can't be changed and the pool hardly being open. It would be nice to swim when it's too hot out to leave the apartment Other than those minute things I would absolutely recommend this apartment to friends family
|Recommended: YesGreat, but need to make improvements — I would recommend this place to others for its quietness cleanliness. Resident Portal is great to submit rent payment ad maintenance request without having go go to office. But the payment needs to have credit card use setup. It needs to be lisrpted as option when advertised on paper that it can be used.
|Recommended: NoParking in my apartments — I loved the apartments until the new owners changed the visitor's parking. That was the reason why I chose those apartments was because you didn't have to have a pass to park in visitor's.
