|Recommended: YesVery nice — Affordable, convenient location- yet tucked away from the traffic noise, clean and staff is extremely friendly and professional. Very pleased with maintenance. The complex should consider providing adult gatherings separate from family children activities. The only negative comment is there are too many dogs, yet I'm an animal lover.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments, Noisey Neighbors — We loved our apartment. The wood floors are pretty and the granite in the kitchen and bathrooms are super nice. The only complaint I would have is because the floors are wood it makes the neighbors sound louder when they walk around or drop something on the floor. Overall great experience, maintenance was on top of all of our problems and fixed them within a day or so. Hassle free moving out experience.

|Recommended: YesWe love our community. — We love our apartment community. We are very lucky to have wonderful neighbors and great staff to live with. We feel like this is our home, not just a stop along the way to something better.
I work from home 100 of the time. My only complaint is that I can hear my neighbors dog bark the entire time they are at work not at home--and it is a constant bark until they return. It has been roughly 40 hours of barking week since March when they got the dog. They are great people and he's a friendly dog--but the barking is constant.
|Recommended: YesGreat amenities, good service, only a few nitpicks — We've really enjoyed our first year at Grove at Shadow Green. Kamai made the move-in signing easy and painless. The layout of the apartment works really well for a family with little ones - open so you can see where everyone is, and no stairs to tumble down. The full bath ensuite has been wonderful. The appliances are good quality. The pool always looks great and has been lots of fun for our family. There is not yet a playground on site, but we have been told there will be one here soon. Maintenance usually shows up within a few hours of a request and I love that I can make the request over the phone and they are always courteous.
A few negatives
Yes, you can hear your upstairs neighbours. We try not to thunder around with some days more successful than others , but our upstairs neighbour likes to work out in her living room, so we can hear the furniture being pushed around and her aerobic activity.
While the pool looks great, the pool washrooms are not kept well stocked. There is usually no soap or hand towels in the pool bathroom.
Community activities have not been consistent. The BBQ and wing night were great, but there hasn't to my knowledge been anything since. My kids loved both those events and keep asking if there are going to be others.
Coffee bar could be improved, specifically the condiments. I don't know anyone who likes powdered creamer there are many liquid creamers that do not have to be refrigerated, like the Land o' Lakes Mini-moos cups, that would be more appealing.
|Recommended: YesThe absolute perfect spot — I've lived here for over a year but was born and raised in the area and this is the perfect spot to live in It's nice, quiet, and tucked away. Love my neighbors and our little community Not to mention, our maintenance guys are knowledgeable and so on top of everything which has really made a difference as far as my experience has gone. I highly recommend it

|Recommended: YesNice community with minor issues. — The community looks nice, except for the trash pile up outside the dumpster at least once a week. Neighbors seem to be good. Very little noise from neighbors, more from outside, ie. kids playing surrounding trade shops. Maintenance office staff have been wonderful. No problems with parking. As for the apartment itself, It is nice, new, modern, but once you move in, you find things that could have been done better.Overall, the cons are minimal I admit a bit nitpicky. I have only been here 4 months consider myself lucky to have found this apartment.
