|Recommended: YesGreat office staff and maintenance — I have loved living at Grove at Shadow Green. Office staff is super friendly and I especially love their dedication to holding community events. I appreciate that this property is smaller than most. Maintenance staff is also always friendly and timely to fix any problems. Overall property kept clean. We are very happy to be renewing our lease this year.

When we needed something fixed it was done within a couple hours of online request. The apartments are built well. Even with children next door, we could not hear them. The grounds are beautiful. We felt safe there.

|Recommended: YesLoved It — Everything is wonderful about these apartments New construction so everything is upgraded. Nice appliances, hardwood, granite counters and dark cabinets. Floor plans are nice and spacious The only complaint i would have is that my neighbors above me were very noisy. constantly banging and stomping around. They had a dog and i could them playing fetch with it. But other than that the place is great Highly recommended

I love the luxury features like the granite countertops and the stainless steel appliances. Overall, I have been really happy with my time at the Grove.

|Recommended: YesThe Perfect Apartments — I was thrilled to move into The Grove at Shadow Green, and it blew my expectations out of the water. Everyone is friendly, and the grounds are beautifully kept. I love that the Clubhouse is 24 7, just in case I need a late night workout, or want to go play some pool The apartment, itself, is gorgeous. The counters, flooring, high ceilings, and I LOVE the kitchen cabinets. The apartment is well insulated for winter and summer. I've never had an expensive electric bill, which I absolutely love Valet garbage pickup can be such a help, especially after a big dinner and full belly. I love living here, and encourage others to check out the Grove at Shadow Green.

|Recommended: YesContinued Resident — I have been a resident of this community since I moved to Tennessee. The management team is amazing and very helpful. The apartments are of great quality. When there are issues usually they are fixed right away. If I wasn't buying a home I wouldn't leave this community. The location is great as well and as a runner I always have some where to run

|Recommended: YesBest apartment in Franklin — I've toured many of the variety of apartment buildings in Franklin and I spent a year at Viera cool springs. That was a horrible year. I came across grove at shadow green while driving by on Columbia one day and I immediately decided to move here. They are relatively new and there isn't crime like there is in my last apartment. There are lots of sidewalks to walk my dogs and the proximity to restaurants and grocery stores and target can't be beat. Traffic on Columbia avenue is somewhat busy certain times of the day but the city is widening it to 4 lanes soon so it shouldn't be a problem in the long run.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, lazily maintained, stinky garbage transfer station. — The transfer station behind the complex makes sitting on the porch unbearable in summer heat. The landscaping around my unit is poorly maintained. The hallways between units in my building are full of debris, cobwebs, and residue from garbage sat outside units. It needs to be pressure washed. One of the light fixtures outside my unit has been broken for months. For the money, I expect a lot more.

Maintaining our breezeways and grounds is most certainly our goal to make our community accommodating to all current and future residents. We do have 2 wonderful maintenance men on staff that works delingently to prevent these issues.
