Only concern is their shift of rental rates from a specific number to dynamic rates like hotels. This will be a concern as this will give different rates at different point of times and nothing would be clear.

For our rental rates, it is a very different dynamic that is rapidly growing within our industry and our surrounding area. We take great pride in providing a property that is of high quality with high standards. In order for us to continue to have high quality and high standards we must keep up with the market around us so that we do not fall behind on what is the common trend. It is a dynamic that can cause shifts in a standard rate, however, it is also the only system that allows the resident to choose a lease term, move in date, and the specifics that work best for them instead of having a set price that gives no room for the decision to be in the hands of the resident. submitted by Sascha W. - |Recommended: YesThis is the most beautiful complex Ive ever lived in — The only bad thing about this complex is some of the people living within - those who dont pick up after their pets, and those who stop around on the 2nd and 3rd floors so the folks below them know exactly where they are. Otherwise, I have no complaints
