The units
- Beautiful, modern, new apartment units that you can tell were designed by people who knew what they were doing.
- Mudroom with coat hanger has been an unexpected delight for storing jackets and shoes. Not necessarily something you'd think to check for when looking for places.
- Large amount of storage space to take advantage of extra spaces in the apartment. I.e. cabinets set inside of the dividing wall between the living space and bathroom that both look great and provide function.
- Deep, wide, stainless steel sinks that can fit pretty much any kitchen appliance.
- Fiber internet availability through AT T up to a gigabit
There are hosts of other things that I like about the units themselves, but I won't go too crazy here.
The staff
- The office staff are polite and helpful, and I get the sense they have the residents' best interests at heart. They have worked with us to make misunderstandings right, even for things that are our fault. Anna Lea and Sherri are the two staff members I have worked with the most and they are great.
Although on the pricey side, I believe you get what you are paying for with The Edison and we have no intentions of moving out any time soon. Super worth it

Most importantly the small issues we had with an appliance or paint spot was immediately fixed basically within just a few hours of submitting a maintenance request.
