|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live for the value — It's not perfect, but for what it costs to be here, you get a lot more than other places The staff and maintenance staff are all very quick to respond to messages and communicate well. It's more common than not for a highrise to have a valet service, but this place does not have one. The parking garage can be quite full at night, forcing a resident to park on the 4th, 5th, or top floor of the garage. For the most part, residents are quiet while in their units. There have been a couple times where my neighbor was very loud and obnoxious at a late hour, but a call to the concierge quickly de-escalated the issue. Overall, for the location and price, this place is an excellent value
