|Recommended: YesVery good apartment to live — It is good to stay here when you have a lot of friends around. maintenance staff is supportive. Lease office employees help a lot. It would have been better, if there would have been a Community Hall, which could be utilized by Residents on occasions.

Leaving in trails makes you feel like you are in living independent house.
|Recommended: YesProperty is good — Property is good, So far I referred 6 members in my 4 years tenure because i liked the way the property management responds to residents concerns. but this year rent rates got increased higher than the previous year and i was told that it got increased as per the market price.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Maintenance always responds promptly to every request I have made. I haven't had any safety or noise problems to deal with. It's a pretty quiet community and overall great place to live.
|Recommended: YesFeedback — This is a very nice place to live, specially for young couples who are newly married. All the staffs are very professional and helpful. I have been living here since April - 2013 and loved it. I would like to make couple of suggestions that 1 Please see if there is something can be done to make this society more secure. 2 Apartments cooling heating system maintenance should occur regularly. Overall it is an amazing place to live. I like Trails very much.
|Recommended: YesBeutifuly property, Quiet community — I love living here. Maintenance is AWESOME. It is a lovely property. I would like to see a more updated Bathroom and better washer and dryers since you cannot bring your own. My overall impression is excellent and I am happy living here.

|Recommended: YesGood place, affordable, clean, accessible, courteous staff — I like it here. I made a good choice. Rent is affordable, utilities are fair, the staff is great, and the area is close enough for most of what I need. Walk paths, park, library, aqueducts in back yard are close and enjoyable. The few small negatives are I can hear neighbors upstairs frequently do their laundry at midnight but fortunately they took down their annoying wind chimes. I am still undecided on the valet trash for 20 per month. The apartments are dated just a bit and storage space is small. I hope to use the swimming pool more and the exercise room. But all in all it is a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — This is a pleasant complex, quiet, affordable with friendly and responsive staff. My only complaint is that the appliances are a little old, notably the dishwasher and washing machine. If we could have used our own it would be much better. But this is probably how they keep rent low, so it's worth it. I recommend these apartments if you are looking for a nice quiet place to live in Las Colinas.
