|Recommended: YesQuiet and friendly community — I have enjoyed staying at Trails at Valley Ranch the last 7 months. It is quiet, safe and a calm community feeling. The location of the apartment is great , so accessible to all restaurants, stores and to cinemas. The staff are helpful, professional and prompts in their response to any issues. As buildings are little old which results in few complaints.
I did have lot of complaints on trash not being collected in week, case was that trash was being collected from lower apartments but level up apartments were ignored most of the time.
I really think that I am wasting my 20 each month.Given chance I would like to OPT out valley trash.
