|Recommended: YesSerene — It's quiet, well kept and great for singles, JTA riders and or disabled. I thought I wouldn't like it from Miami , but I have to admit, Northlake Apartments was a great choice for me Great staff AND maintenance crew

|Recommended: YesNice Quiet — It is nice to live here. I like how they keep the grounds neat and clean. It is a quiet place to live. The parking fills up quickly in the evening. Luckily I have quiet neighbors, that aren't home a lot, above me because I can hear every step they take. Other than that I have had nothing but good experiences living here.
|Recommended: YesNice and quiet — I would tell them that I like living out here because it s very quiet and peaceful, however if you don t get in by a certain time its hard to find parking by your door, and I think that it needs to be enforced more that when guest come to visit that they park further down since parking is so limited due to the capacity of the residents. Especially when you have kids and groceries when you actually live on the property it makes it hard.

|Recommended: YesI feel safe staying here — The maintenance staff is great. Always respond in a timely manner. The only downfall is the cats. I m afraid of cats, so I can t so I can t use the dumpster and sometimes I m stuck in my car because the cats wont let me out.
