My air conditioning has been broken for a week and a half and the management still does not know when it will be fixed. I live in Florida and it's summer time so obviously this is not acceptable to me. I will not be renewing my lease, although that's mainly because the apartment is small and we are outgrowing it. For my first apartment I'd say it's not bad although there are a lot of things about it that annoy me. The gate is constantly tied up by people who are not on the lease and don't have gate keys, and I get phone calls from it at all hours of the night from people who dial every apartment desperately hoping someone will let them in. The parking lot is narrow and I've barely avoided collisions several times, and people frequently rush in through the exit gate before it closes and almost hit me when I'm trying to leave. The building across from mine is being remodeled due to a fire and a lot of parking spaces are blocked off as a result which means I rarely get to park in front of my own building. Overall it's not that bad but I feel like I could get a nicer apartment for a better value. If I lived alone I would consider moving here again.

submitted by Lavette R. - |Recommended: YesOverall — I have been here roughly 3 years and I like the way you are made to feel welcomed from the beginning. The management staff is awesome. There is no wait non maintenance if something goes wrong. There are not a whole heep of people hanging outside.
