|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We have renewed our lease once already and plan to renew again until we find a home to buy. The front office go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and love where you live. The location is great and the apartments are very well kept up. I love that they have the grills out by the pool now and that they involved their selves with the apartment community and have food trucks It shows the staff really cares about their residents.

|Recommended: YesClean Community. Friendly Staff and Neighbors — Living at Reserve Bartram Springs has been a wonderful first experience. Its clean and quiet and the staff are very friendly. Whenever I have a problem which has only been on two occasions in my entire 7 months of living here the maintenance staff is eager and ready to fix it right away. The neighbors are also great people and its an overall quiet community.
|Recommended: YesBest Leasing Staff — Moved in October, and the leasing staff made this an easy experience. I can honestly say that I think the leasing staff and manager are the nicest ppl I've met in such a long time. Nicole helped us every step of the way. Lincoln has made some great updates.

|Recommended: YesReally nice place to live. — Overall a nice place to live. Currently the construction of he new Kinder Care property is a bit of an eye and ear sore, and has taken away from the beauty of the area and pool. Still overall a really nice place to live.
|Recommended: YesNice property — Neighbors are quiet. No noise complaints as far as loud music or anything. You will have to get used to the train. It comes by more often than I had expected.

The property currently have too many disabled parking that are empty and and can be used for regular parking. there are a lot of tenants that are violating this parking spaces. the kids playground can use some TLC
