|Recommended: YesIts clean and safe — We have been here for a few months. The maintenance is always within 24 hours. They have tested the fire alarms and apartment inspection in which makes me feel that the up keep is important to our community. Lately the lights have been changed in the parking lot to provide more lighting in the parking lot area at sundown. I just think the improvement could be made to the parking spaces. Possibly assign a space and label others for guest. But our we are happy with our apartment and amenities provided at the community.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Experience So Far — We've had a few terrible apartment experiences in the past, mostly due to the staff, and I can't thank RBS enough for our recent year living here. They are so courteous and sweet and the maintenance it so quick and professional. The facilities are beautiful and quiet. You really do feel like you're isolated from the hustle and bustle of Jacksonville, while still being a short drive away. My only complaint is the parking, but it's a small complex, a small walk doesn't hurt anyone.

|Recommended: YesReserved, pretty and peaceful — It's not like a normal apartment, I feel secluded in a good way and comfortable. Perfect location to be away from down town but close to south side and st Augustine. Parking gets to be a little scarce after 7 pm but it's not a big deal. So happy to have started my jaxlckdonvile experience here.

|Recommended: YesExceptional Living — I have lived in Reserve Bartram Springs for 2 years and have enjoyed calling it my home. The only recommendations that I would have to the upper management would be to spend some more money on beautification of the property and look at little touch ups here and there . I would recommend increasing the size of the dog park since this community is extremely dog friendly and the dog park currently is lacking all across the board, visual appeal,functionality and design. Upper management needs to look at acquiring a new front entrance gate that is more dependable then the current gate we have in use for the community entrance and exit. Also it would make since to have a walkway to the east entrance of the pool so the grass isn't ruined by foot traffic. The last recommendation to the property is to schedule a routine pressure washing of the building, steps and ceilings to help brighten up the look and wash away any unwanted insect nest that may be there. I couldn't ask for a better leasing office staff and better maintenance team with this property.

|Recommended: YesOverall great place to live — Overall great size, large closets, helpful staff and convenient to RTE1.The walls are a little thin and until they do something about all the work trucks parked in car spaces, the parking is a little thin as well. Maintenance is fast, the layout of the two and three bedrooms are great for families or roommates.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — We moved in while our home was being built. We were not accustomed to being apartment people anymore but we are so glad we made this decision. The office staff is wonderful. The one time we needed maintenance they came within the hour and were pleasant. They are always accessible and very friendly. The apartment overall is quiet and the neighbors are nice. This is a dog friendly community so everyone is used to having dogs around. Our layout worked well for us and the grounds are well kept. We had access to the gym anytime and used it often. The apartments are mostly up to date and this was overall a good experience. The one thing we REALLY thought was neat, was that the office plans events for the community and there is always a food truck coming in once a week. We really thought they went beyond the normal apartment office here. We recommend this community and lived in apartments in prior years that were not this pleasant.

My refrigerator was repaired Xmas morning Any inquiries are quickly addressed in a professional and courteous manner. My overall living experience has been pleasant and positive.

|Recommended: YesThe Staff is Great — I have lived here for 6 months now, and no matter what comes up the office and maintenance staff is awesome They take care of requests right away and are very good at getting back to you within the same day. Apartment living means you can hear your neighbors from time to time, but I have had a great experience here
