There are a few new faces in the management office which can sometimes be a red flag but they are all very nice. Debbie was the one who helped us at move-in and she is still here. She is extremely nice and just professional enough that you feel you aren't just talking to someone trying to fill the empty apartments. We were new to using gas stoves and when our pilot light went out not only did they come re-light it for us, they showed how to do it ourselves since it is such a simple fix something someone living with a gas stove should know how to do .The only other issue we had was the AC not cooling and as soon as we called they were here within the hour. The entrance leads right to the greenway for walking biking, the pool is amazing, the rooms are plenty big. For its location price it's a STEAL.

|Recommended: YesSouthern charm with an English Vibe — I moved here in July, and I personally love living here. The qualms many seem to have is all about preference. The electric and water costs are no more expensive than any other living quarters. I live in a 2BR and the rooms are very spacious and the living room is a perfect size that my kitten has a whole play area. I briefly had a pest situation upon moving in but after a few bug paste applications, i rarely deal with any major issues in that area. The appliances are older and run on gas, and this was my first experience with gas so that was a feat having the maintenance man come out to relight my pilot light but he did and no issues since. The location is perfect because you are set back from the main drags and highways but just close enough you can get everywhere efficiently. The staff is always accomodating and super friendly and even has events with the neighbors to embrace the community. They are always doing improvements just since I have been here it just keeps getting better and better Can't wait to see what 2017 brings.
