|Recommended: YesGreat for the price. — Staff is super nice. Maintenance is quick. Interior equipment, fixtures and what not aren't the best quality but they serve their purposes. All in all, I feel that it's great for the price.
|Recommended: YesPretty good apartments for a great price — For the area, the price is the best you will find. The apartments are older but they keep up with them mostly. If you have upstairs neighbors, you will hear them walking around but no talking through the walls. The rooms are a nice size. The outside patio is a little to small to do anything with.
|Recommended: YesComfy — I really like it here. The walls are thick so I never hear my neighbors next door. Only the ones above me which isn't that bad Thankfully . I wish more people picked up their dog poop, and more people picked up their trash but over all pleased Now that more maintenance has been hired things get fixed quicker which is a HUGE plus Not only is it affordable but almost everyone has a dog so I feel safer and thankful my babies are accepted. The complex is big and is spread out well. The landscaping has a nice country feel. I love being at home listening to the crickets and frogs late at night I moved here from KY and wasn't sure where to live. The staff made it extra easy to make the move possible.

We love the apartment and the people are always nice. The one bedroom floor plans are wonderful and accommodate two people and a dog wonderfully, we are in love with this place!
|Recommended: NoOld buildings, less than ideal environment — The negative points are that the buildings are old and not well-maintained. The positive points are that its in a good location in the city and its economical to live here.

|Recommended: YesFantastic service....it's almost like living on a resort! — I would tell them that every single time something goes wrong, or every time we need help, the beyond amazing people over here get back to us and have maintenance at our doorstep within minutes! They treat us like it's an honor to have us living here instead of them thinking that WE should be the ones acting honored.
Again, my wife and I moved here right as we got married. We're a younger couple who have friends that have told us horror stories about their own apartments. We're constantly preaching to our friends about this place, the amazing deals you guys offer, the features we have in our apartments and the high-dollar resort-like service we receive from your professional - always happy maintenance.
Again, we're in love....with this place! (Oh...well we're in love with each other as well haha)
We would give the maintenance field below 20 stars if only it would allow us!
|Recommended: YesAffordable, open living area, quiet — My husband and I enjoy our apartment here and happy that our first place on our own could be at Westwood. Very affordable apartments, nice neighbors and friendly, helpful staff. Great floor plans, very spacious. As with any apartment there will always be a few upsets but all in all we couldn't be happier in our new home.
