|Recommended: YesThe property overall looks crowded due to the closeness of neighbors houses and such . — The apartment complex overall is okay- not outstanding not terrible. The neighborhood feels extremely safe at this apartment complex. The location of this apartment complex is also ideal due to its closeness to the mall, kingston pike, several knox county schools, etc. Also, the maintenance at this apartment complex is extremely kind and timely. I like the fact that this apartment complex is pet friendly. However, the complex fails to provide stocked pet stations- the pet stations NEVER have bags to pick up after your dog. Therefore, I had to buy bags in order to clean up after my dog. Some of the office staff are friendly and helpful. Others that worked in the office seemed to lack the understanding of proper customer service.

|Recommended: YesSpeedy maintenance but thin walls — Westwood is a great place to live. It's close to the mall, and a short drive from campus or Turkey Creek. It's just a great location in the middle of everything without being loud from all the city street noise. The walls are thin so I know all about my neighbors lives, but it's kind of entertaining, it's not awful. The grounds are kept clean, and the pool is a nice bonus I wish the work out room was cleaner with nicer equipment. Overall, it's a great place.

|Recommended: YesWestwood Apartments — I feel safe living here. The office staff is always very kind and understanding. I think the rent price is fair. Westwood is in the absolute best location. Close to everything. I enjoy living here. There are a couple things that are not perfect such as The pool is usually closed for different maintenance issues. As soon as it reopens, someone always ruins it for everyone and its closed again. There are A LOT of maintenance inspections and notices. I've probably had 5-7 days with the water shut off a lot recently from 7AM to 7PM for water repairs... The parking lot floods terribly near the mail laundry. In my first unit, I had trouble with items from my car going missing but I got smart and started locking my doors and haven't had any more trouble... When I lived in a ground level unit, it sounded like the people above me were doing jumping jacks every night around dinner time. But honestly, the pros definitely make up for any of the cons. Welcome to apartment living.
