|Recommended: YesBeautiful complex and friendly staff — Out of all the apartment complexes I have lived in, Trifecta is hands down the best one thus far They always keep the place up and are very good at communicating with residents if there are any problems. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and I rarely ever hear the neighbors. Fantastic location, as everything you could ever need is right around the corner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a fabulous place to live

|Recommended: YesAlways clean, modern, in close proximity to shops, restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. — Being in the real estate industry, I am very picky with where I choose to live. I looked at 6 other places around different areas before I fell in love with Trifecta. The floor plans are very modern. Lots of natural sunlight come through the apartments. Updated features, the building is always clean and smells good, even in the elevators. The location is right in the heart of Belmar, perfect for modern day living. Just renewed my lease. I look forward to enjoying the pool and other amenities this summer.

|Recommended: YesWe like our apartment- modern and fun. — From the minute we moved into our apartment we have loved the building. The irresponsible pet owners that don't pick up after their dogs is a problem, but you can't force people to be responsible.
I do get a little frustrated that the parking is supposed to be first come first serve with a max of 5 sticker permits issued per apartment, with the caveat that ONLY 2 cars should be parked on the premises per apartment. So if you have 4 cars to an apartment, only the first 2 people home with cars should be parked in the back lot. I don't mind if their isn't parking, but when 4 people have cars for one apartment it is annoying that they park all 4 cars in the back lot when families with one car cannot find a space. Also, the people with garages being used as storage is also not appropriate. I pay extra for a garage every month and therefore give up my right to park outside of my garage so they should have to do the same. Again, the parking is first come first serve, but if they stick policy isn't enforced and tows are being done it defeats the purpose and I don't think charging for spots is the right thing to remedy it, people just simply need to abide by their contract terms and not abuse the generosity of the complex management.
Other than that we have really enjoyed our apartment.

We completely understand how you feel with regard to the pet clean up issues. We do our best, and always make sure we have a plenty of bags in the dog stations. We are working on a resolution to the parking, you can also reserve a parking spot in the main building if that would help.
