We moved from Texas to Colorado for a new job. I was able to rent the apartment site-unseen” based on the numerous pictures posted on the Remington website. The apartment was exactly as it appeared on the pictures, nothing was photoshopped so no surprises. I love the convenience of paying rent online and being able to place maintenance requests via the website. The gym has all the essential equipment for quick workouts, and the pool hot tub has always been well. The only reason we gave 1-star lowest rating on noise is because we lived on the floor level, and we were tormented by our neighbors upstairs. I don't know if they are heavy walkers, or the building just has poor noise insulation, but the pounding was horrible at times. I try not to be difficult and complain to management because it is apartment living and sometimes it is all about luck. The apartment complex is surrounded by many options for grocery shopping and restaurants. Access to I-25 is just a about a half mile away, which makes for an easier commute, of course depending on where you work. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.
