|Recommended: YesFriendly neighborhood, great staff and maintenance crew Good amenities. — Cabot Crossing is a great place to live, especially for younger working professionals that don't need anything fancy. The apartments are small and some aren't totally updated, but the maintenance crew is fabulous when it comes to keeping the property looking good. Their response time for on-site issues is excellent. The pool, gym 2 treadmills, elliptical and weights and workspace in the common building are great extras. The laundry room is typically busy but I seldom have to wait for a machine. Overall, it's a friendly, safe place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat — It's a great neighborhood with great staff.
|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — Moving here was the best decision I ever made. I was searching for my first apartment and I was worried that I would not find anything to my liking. When I laid my eyes on this apartment I knew immediately, this would be my home. I was a little nervous and asked a lot of questions but the ladies at the front desk are very patient and absolute professionals at this. They helped me through all this and are very welcoming. The maintenance is very fast and friendly. The apartment itself is very well cleaned and set for the new occupant. I was surprised I was getting so much for such a price range. If you like a quite calm place then this a place for you. Its a little far from the main city, but nothing a car or uber wouldn't solve. And the landscaping is beautifully done and maintained.
All in all I love this place and definitely feels like a home.

|Recommended: YesLOVE IT — I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE
|Recommended: YesCozy and Quiet — Comfortable place to live Noise was minimal in my unit, grounds are kept clean, and there's plenty of parking. In the 6 months that I was there, I never had any appliances pipes break on me either everything worked. I also found the community to be very friendly as well
The only real downside to the place is that there isn't much within walking distance beyond the complex itself. Other than that, no complaints

|Recommended: YesSafe, affordable, dog-friendly community — I moved to Cabot Crossing from out of state. The leasing office was helpful and friendly. They walked me through every step of the process. My apartment was freshly painted, with new carpet and appliances. Everyone I've met here is friendly and social. The leasing office has community gatherings to bring people together. The office communicates very well when it comes to notices snow removal, package delivery, etc . The pool is amazing It's such a relaxing place to unwind. I very rarely hear the neighbors while in my apartment huge plus .
I recommend Cabot Crossing due to the excellent office and mantainance staff. They are professionals and seem to enjoy what they do. I always feel respected and valued when communicating with them.
