|Recommended: YesLove living here. — I've been here for over a year, never had any issues with residents or administrative staff, they treat you with respect and have knowledge of what your needs are, maintenance is very quick to respond to any work order. In general great community and close to pretty much everything, I would recommend any friend family to these apartments.

Grounds are kept well. — I would probably say that it is a clean,comfortable, peaceful place to live with good neighbors and good administration. I haven't encountered any problems in the 6 months I've lived here.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — It's nice. I have had a few issues with things breaking or already being broken when I moved in. However maintenance people are pretty good about fixing things in a timely fashion - once I had them say they would come back to fix something but didn't until I reached out again but that was a one time incident.
Another issue I had early on was that I was sent a video of an apartment before I moved in and was told that it was the exact apartment I would be moving into. However, when I went into my actual apartment for the first time, there was a giant staircase in the middle of my living room, which had never been mentioned prior to my moving in. The stairs lead to a loft and when I met with the staff I had a lot of questions concerning the loft but they never mentioned that the apartment would have these stairs.
I also think the package system should be reformed a little. I really appreciate that the office accepts packages for the residents but a few times I have come home and my packages have been sitting outside my building if the office was closed and I'm not sure if there is anything Cabot Crossing can do or if it is more of a UPS issue but I don't feel comfortable having my packages just left outside.
Good place to live, a little pricey though.

I know that we did have an instance previously where maintenance forgot to return the next day to finish a patch, I apologize for the oversight. In regards to the staircase in your apartment, you were sent a video of the exact floor plan, however it was not mentioned that the particular apartment that you rented did have stairs to the storage loft. There are only 2 apartments on the property that have stairs to the loft and we did not realize at the time that the apartment you reserved was one of them. I apologize for any confusion regarding this mix up. As far package acceptance, we are happy to sign for packages for our neighbors during office hours. Some packages do not require a signature, so delivery companies at times will leave packages by the main building entrance or in front of the apartment door if they are able to gain entry to the building. I believe you can request that they not deliver without signature, but you may have to contact the delivery service directly to inquire about that.
