|Recommended: YesIM OK — I love Jodi from the office. Nice quiet place but my big concern is the nouse in our apartment from the pipes. Also, as someone mentioned some tenants should mind ither tenants Patios and stop bringing there dogs to litter around my Patio. The smell gets into our living room since we are on the Ground floor. Laundry machines. Best day to do your laundry is Monday when the machines are all clean, otherwise if you want your clothes to have dog and cat far....do it after Monday.
I wish management was there on weekends too. We have bad smokers around our complex and its very irritating to smell cigarettes everytime you get out your house or come into it

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — Coming up on two full years here and this place IS OUR HOME We love the staff, everyone here is so friendly and even the other residents are always so polite it feels like a huge family. Pet friendly and never once have I felt like a burden for having my small dog here unlike other places that may accept pets but shame you for it. This is the best apartment homes in Lowell. PERIOD Also the staff here really make this feel like one huge community. It is MIND. BLOWING

|Recommended: YesMy first apartment — I would tell them its great. The appliances are new, carpet is clean and the bathroom is very neat. The only negative I have is that sometimes people with dogs don't pick up the poop from the grass and that the corner of my hallway always smelled like cigarette. Some one was smoking their life away. Besides those things I was very comfortable. I didnt hear other people upstairs or next to me.

|Recommended: YesA nice apartment to live in. — I enjoy living at Cabot Crossing. It is a nice area to live and the addition of an onsite gym and laundry facility add to that. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to assist when asked.
There are a couple of complaints though. After snow storms people should be required to move their vehicles. When there are vehicles in the parking lot that have not been cleaned off three to five days after the snow has stopped is very inconvenient. The grounds team is not able to clean the snow out of the parking spot. When the vehicles finally do get moved the parking spot is filled with snow that is now frozen making it very difficult to park in that spot.
The onsite laundry facility is one of the things that makes living at Cabot Crossing a plus over other apartments. The company that maintains the washers and dryers needs to maintain the washers dryers more often. Cleaning the inside of the machines, to include the detergent dispenser, is needed to ensure the clothes inside do not get ruined.

Unfortunately, the snow season can be difficult at times and we will continue to do our best to make sure people comply with the snow removal policy.
The laundry area is cleaned daily, but I will be sure to point out that some areas may need extra attention.

|Recommended: YesAgua fria - Cold water. — Every winter lacking hot water. From Friday 02 13 with cold water. I have done only complaint and tell me that this is so, we can not do anything. I think we have hot water is the minimum to be indoors. Neighbors have the same problem.
The rest do not have to complain about are all attentive, and here is very organized.
I love living here.
I hope to solve the problem of cold water.

We know that there were issues with the hot water in your building and have since replaced the water tank with a brand new system. We apologize for the delay as sometimes the initial "fix" for a plumbing problem does not always solve the issue immediately. We appreciate your patience while worked toward a solution.

|Recommended: YesConvenient location — Living at Cabot Crossing has it's perks.Their facilities such as the laundry room and fitness center are up to date. Nice pool to swim in during the summer It's a convenient location to be in. Shopping areas are close by. The only thing I have a problem with is their plowing during the winter time. I understand some residents don't work an early shift but when they eventually leave.. back track around the lot to plow the remaining parking spots that need to be plowed. Don't wait for the sun to melt it.

We do try our best in conjunction with our snow removal team to keep spots as clear as possible during storms and to clear as many spots as possible afterward. We've had a couple of hard hitting storms so far, but I will be sure to check in with our vendor to ensure we're getting as many spots cleared as possible.
