|Recommended: YesGood Quality for cost of living — The only downside to living here is when someone is playing music the base gets heard very loudly. More residents should be considerate of their neighbors. Especially allowing children to run through halls playing tag.

|Recommended: YesMy First Apartment and I love it — I would recommend this apartment complex to friends and family, It's quiet and very private. I love that it's pet friendly and the one bedroom renovated apartment is a perfect size for a couple and pet.

|Recommended: YesReview — Great place to live. Walls are a bit thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around and my next door neighbor whistling all day. Maintenance was good but when they did their repair they inadvertently caused one of the light fixtures not to work in the bathroom. Overall great.

|Recommended: YesWould never expect this is Lowell... — Cabot Crossing is tucked away, surrounded by trees and no street noise. Super quiet, nice neighbors and great staff. My fiancé and I have lived here for 4 months and we really like it here. Apartment is up to date, and so is the facilities. Overall, safe, quiet, modern and very affordable.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, inexpensive and quiet place to live. — Initially the apartment was tiny, but once we got all our furniture in, it was perfect for my fiancé and I. Upon moving, we noticed there was no microwave and medicine cabinet that we saw in the previous layout and the girls down in the office especially Ashley we're so helpful and maintenance installed them both within weeks. The only issue we run into is the main door to the building is constantly jammed which leads it to be unlocked all the time but maintenance is constantly fixing it. Overall, nice landscape, beautiful pool area, gym is perfect for early morning use, staff is great, and the apartment is up to date modern.

|Recommended: YesThe property is well kept and tenants are respectful of each other. — The property provides a home style atmosphere. I picked to live here sight unseen. I only had the photos online to help make my decision. The reviews were about even but I usually don't depend on that to make up my mind. Since I was moving from another state, my time was limited. I did my own research about Lowell and was looking for a safe yet friendly neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesJust what I needed — I moved here from the Midwest. Granted the east cost in general is more expensive than the midwest, but In searching for a place that was convenient and affordable and I mean more than the Boston area or neighboring suburbs Cabot Crossings is the best option. I never have a problem with parking, I rarely hear my neighbors, maintenance is timely, and it is near the highway, which makes it easy for me to get to work. The staff do an amazing job shoveling the snow as well As you can imagine this past winter was horrific so having the parking lot cleared was nice. It is also near local shopping centers and the movies. All and all, I think in comparing to the increasing cost of Lowell, Cabot Crossings is great. So much that I will sign again. and I am a picky person when it comes to living situations.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — My family and I lived here for 6 months while we were waiting to move into our new house. It was a very nice place - clean, quiet, convenient and upgraded apt. The staff admin and community were very friendly and accomodating. They all made us feel at home . The pool and the grounds were kept up very nice as well. It s definitely tucked in a bit behind the Lowell neighborhoods,but I always was amazed at how quiet and peaceful it was.
