|Recommended: YesFuture Resident — I almost sign the lease with the Cabot Crossing but there is something came up that I could not. I have visited there twice. I even deposited the application. When I went to take my deposit back and tell the agent that I could not sign the lease, Ashley was very nice, respectful and hand back my deposit. I recommend that this is a nice place to live if you would like to find a nice a quiet place to live.

I love the new hallways and I saw a picture of the updated kitchens on the website - they look much better. And thank you for allowing pets! I appreciate that you are cracking down on the parking situation. I just wish we could have assigned parking - there are still a lot of times that I work late (2 am) and can't find parking anywhere near my building and with winter coming it will be more difficult to carry my bags to and from my car.

Sauna, Hot Tub, Billiards, Exercise Room. Great place to Live. I have a nice Patio which is great. As soon as Spring comes I have an extra room.
The staff is great. Always willing to help and if you have an issue like Plumbing or mail issues, It gets addressed Promptly. I'M A VERY SATISFIED RESIDENT . The Landscaping is very well groomed. IT's My pleasure to live here. Thank You.!!!!!!

Very safe & beautiful grounds — The prices are a little high for what you get in the apartment itself but all the amenities you get is worth it.. very nice pool. Lots of things to do. I feel very safe knowing there's security guards walking around at night.

The only suggestions is to keep up with trimming the hedges because they cover 1/2 of the sidewalk and updating some of the fixtures in the apartments like the faucets, towel holders, door knobs, door hinges, etc. But these are minor and easy fixes. All in all the new staff is great, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I plan to stay at Cabot Crossing for a while and do recommend it to anyone looking for a place, it is safe and conveniently located.
