|Recommended: YesGreat location and almost everything you need — I love living here and it does have almost have everything you need. the gym and pool areas are nice. However there is no place to wash your car. I also live in the front and my mailbox is in the back of the neighborhood while there is a mailbox location in the center of the property. Also I wish they had a designated gated area or just a patch of parked spaces somewhere where you could park a trailer like a jet ski, boat etc. the rental price for a garage is ridiculous at 125 a month I think 50-60 is fair and still profitable.
|Recommended: YesWell maintained, peaceful grounds, stylish well-thought features — The only real negative is the cast of River Dance rehearsing upstairs. The stomping and routine dropping of free weights is ridiculous. They also have a cat that sounds like it is in contrast distress or perhaps a hot bath. Other than that clear lack of consideration for others, it isn't worth paying 850 to move to another unit. This is apartment life after all, and hopefully it is temporary. Now if all canine owners will attend to their pet's business as well as most of their neighbor's do, a fifth star might be in order for the grounds.

|Recommended: YesIt's Great — I'm away on business most of the time, which is also why I have an apartment instead of a house. But the little bit of time I have spent here have been great. I have an attached garage and park my car in there. I have a 75k Lexus so an attached garage was on the top of my shopping list. There aren't many options like this in the Tampa area.
I would have liked to have granite counter tops and a flat top stove. Other than that I'm content.
|Recommended: YesIts nice. Close to everything. — Its nice. Sounds like the people above me are either wrestling or moving furniture or slamming and stomping around. Zero consideration for neighbors. Its not just for a few minutes. It goes on and on and on. Very disruptive. Otherwise I like the development.
|Recommended: YesOver all the property and the inside of the apartments are beautiful, but walls are very thin — Walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Also, the refrigerators are small. There should be a light fixture over the kitchen sink the lighting is very poor.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean, Private — The size of the apartment is excellent due to the height of the ceilings, you don't feel like you are in a small enclosed space. You hardly hear any neighbors and I am on the first floor . The property grounds are kept up really well. Overall nice place to live with ample amount of privacy. Doesn't really feel like an apartment, even though you get all the amenities.

|Recommended: NoVery Nice — Nice place to live, wonderful staff, and great animal community. The only down side I think is the mandatory trash pick up. They normally only service two bags per apartment, for 15 . Other than that easy move in and a nice designed apartment.
