|Recommended: YesSafe and Cozy Place to Live — Very nice apartment community. The staff is always on top of things and solves problems in a quick manner. Neighbors are friendly and diverse, public areas are well groomed, and noise is at a minimum. Sometimes you can hear a dog or two barking, but that's to be expected at any pet friendly apartment.
The apartments themselves are really updated and clean. No bug problems, but if one were to occur they offer free extermination on Thursdays at no extra charge. Maintenance responds to work orders fast and they are very good at warning you about when they will be entering your home.
I've lived here for a year and am choosing to stay in the community, just upgrading to an apartment with an extra bedroom. The staff is very straight forward with procedures and numbers and make paperwork as easy as possible for both new move ins and transfers within the apartment complex.
I'm very satisfied so far with the staff and the property itself as well.

|Recommended: YesRelaxing area with lots of trees. Peaceful comes to mind — Its a great place. Some things could use some up keep like the gate but the apartments themselves are great and spacious we love living here

|Recommended: YesLove Seneca — It is overly a very friendly community. The office does a lot of activities and gets the community together. Apartments are really nice and whenever something goes wrong and needs maintenance they are there in a couple hours to a day The only thing I would suggest is to update the dog park a lil more, just by adding some toys out there for the dogs. Overall, I would recommend Seneca to everyone.

We fell in love with the grounds after our first visit, and we are so glad we decided to call Seneca home. The staff office and Maintenance are both wonderful and quick to help if they can.
