|Recommended: YesCan't beat the views — Amazing views from the top floors. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Hallways are in need of some serious deep clean and there always seems to be a foul odor when stepping of the elevator. Secured parking is a great bonus as is the gym. Overall I have been contend for the 2 years I have lived here but it wouldn't take much to take it to the next level.
|Recommended: YesGreat location, great views, great neighbors but poor cell phone reception — I love the views from my apartment, the neighbors are nice and friendly, atmosphere is really cool and laid back. There is never a disturbance around the property and parking is very safe an secure. Central High School and Methodist Hospital is right across the street from this location. I only have one problem with this property, my cell phone has very poor reception from my apartment. Don't get me wrong that's not a problem at all but sometime I have dropped calls when I'm in the kitchen area. Overall, a great place to live, the customer service is second to none and maintenance is quick to answer any issues you might have while living here. See you soon
