|Recommended: YesRemarkable Living — Since Soma 23 took over the apts. Then became Lincoln property the apartments began to become a better place to reside. Added fitness center, Better lobby, Internet café, Paved parking lot and more room for our vistors. Now they don't have to worry about where to park. I feel there's more good things coming from this company in Im glad to be a part of a better place.

|Recommended: YesI am very pleased with SaMa 23 — I have answered this question more than once I always reply that while I have no prior Apartment living experience to rely on I am happy with this being my 1st. I am a keep to myself person and SaMa allows that for me. Community involvement Wifi Cafe and Fitness Center, Comfortable Lobby setting is available for those who are more social than myself. I have felt secure and welcome since day one. Each and every maintenance issue has been met quickly and effectively.
