|Recommended: YesNice place — So far it's been good. I'm close to work which is great because I have to get up very early.
The only thing I have a problem with is some people seem to rush when they're parking and they take up two spaces. I've seen this happen multiple times and it makes it very hard to find a decent spot. I love that we can park anywhere, but these spots are already small, so it would be nice if people could just take a minute to fix their parking job.

|Recommended: YesGreat location New apartment complex with all new amenities — I love living at Station 40. It's been only a few months but have felt so at home by the staff and my neighbors. Great location close to downtown but close enough to things like the park to enjoy
