|Recommended: YesOverall a nice community to live in. — The property is very nice and convenient. I enjoy how dog friendly the complex is. I do not like how much I can hear through the walls, ceilings, and floors. Although I have not a a bad experience, I have multiple friends at the complex who state that some of the staff sends them harassing and passive aggressive emails. HOWEVER, I have not had this experience.

|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Place to Live — I greatly enjoy living at Station 40 From the first day I moved in it felt like home. The staff are friendly and helpful, and have gone out of their way to answer my questions and make me feel welcome. The events put on are great for meeting neighbors. All in all it's a safe, friendly place to be.
|Recommended: YesAmazing overall — I am happy to be in a warm and safe community here at Station 40. It's the best apartment I've lived in to date. I would like the pet owners to do a better job understanding their role to clean up their pet's waste in the stairwells. And sometimes residents will leave trash or spills in the garage stairwells as well.
|Recommended: YesTrue luxury apartment — I have lived in many so called luxury apartment. This is the first one that I am proud to have guest come over and see. The only thing I don't like is that I can't get a real key for my door.

|Recommended: YesThe support and friendliness of the staff and maintenance crew is top notch - always much appreciated — We enjoy the privacy and tranquil living, but we are most grateful for the attention to security and maintenance support. Plus, the sense of community helps being new in Nashville.

|Recommended: YesStation 40 Apt - one year stay — This is a great place to live. A lot of community and activities to be a part of here weight room, swimming, grilling, pool table, lounging, etc. Also the staff here is very nice and easy to work with and keeps everyone up to date on monthly activities and notices. The restaurants that surround the building is definitely a plus Double Dogs, Farm Burger, ML Rose are all great. Plenty to do within walking distance, and a short uber ride to the city or broadway. One of the best qualities is how clean and nice they keep everything here inside and out

|Recommended: YesThe Best — I absolutely love living here. From the amenities to the staff, everything is incredible. They communicate effectively and provide so much for residents. Maintenance is so easy to submit a request and everything is done in a timely manner I had a refrigerator light bulb go out and they fixed it within 2 hours, and our sink had a chip in it and they ordered a new one and installed it the same week I cannot say enough good things about station 40.... just move here.

They made life incredibly easy for someone who was unable to visit the apartment before move-in. I moved from NJ in September, having never been to Nashville, and I'm so thankful I found Station 40 in my apartment search. More amenities than any other apartment complex I know of in the city, the staff goes above and beyond to host events and fun things to keep residents active happy. Location is incredible
