Living on the first floor can sometimes be loud from the street, but it is very convenient as well. The staff and amenities are great and we have loved living here

The Leasing Office staff has created a fantastic move-in and rental experience. I have met several of my neighbors, and could not ask for a better group of people to live at The Cadence with. My living experience has been more than I could ask from my apartment quality, to the common area amenities, to the location.

The areas of improvement would be - Cleaner carpets in the hallways. - It is very common to find the coffee machine without sugar a cream supplies. - Trashcans in the Club House and in the grounds are often full to the very top. - Sound isolation from the nightclubs by Demombreun St. or legal actions against them.
