|Recommended: YesBest of Germantown — If you like being close to everything, this is the place to be. Locally-owned boutiques, grocery stores, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The residents are very diverse, but you'll learn most people by their dog's name because the property is so pet-friendly. A lot of activities and events for residents to get to know each other. The rooftop deck is amazing

The central location is very close to the interstate, and you can get to different parts of the city easily. There's also a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops and parks within walking distance. The complex has great amenities as well.

I can be relax after a long day at work. All the staffs are nice. I remember when I forgot my key in my appartment in July 4th. I email for help, they replied my email immediately.
