|Recommended: YesExcellent Experience — High quality construction granite, fixtures, ceilings, etc... at a clean, neat and simple facility with an uncompromising location and highly tentative staff Recommended immediately, worth it

|Recommended: YesGreat property — I love living here... such a wonderful space and that staff is amazing.
|Recommended: YesLove the Flats — Such a fun community with great amenities and history in a wonderful neighborhood. It is noisy when the dogs get cranked up and once in awhile you can hear someone's stereo down the hall, but those are minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of living here.
|Recommended: YesAwesome — Wonderful community.
|Recommended: YesGreat building — Certainly higher quality finishings and appliances than other buildings in the area. Great job pulling together social events for new renters. Fantastic location. Amenity maintenance has been pretty slow though. Exercise equipment and outdoor grills consistently broken and not repaired in a timely fashion.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here. — I love that it seems much more quiet in my apartment than other apartment complexes that I've lived in. The only thing I really hear are doors shutting from the hallway. It is also well insulated so electricity bills are reasonable. The common areas are nice. The location is ideal, I can walk to downtown or to Bicentennial Mall Park. One main complaint I have is with the finishes the paint marks super easily. If anything touches the wall it will leave a mark. You can see this in the hallways as well. The finish on the fixtures easily comes off or bubbles. This makes it hard to keep the apartment looking pristine. I think better quality paint would help tremendously.
|Recommended: YesLove living here — We moved from Memphis where we owned a home we loved. Moving into an apartment was something we were a little unsure about since we had been in a house for a few years. We have loved everything about living at the Flats and in Germantown.
|Recommended: YesReview — This is a great place to live. The staff is personable and the location is unbeatable. The amenities are nice as well. The true strength of this complex is with the residence and community atmosphere.
|Recommended: YesService was great — Everything was great with the service, thanks
|Recommended: NoUsed to be better, has gone majorly downhill — I've lived at the Flats at Taylor place for almost a year and a half. When I first moved in, I was thoroughly impressed with the building, amenities, and staff. However, over the past few months, I've been seriously disappointed with the new staff member's lack of responsiveness, their general rudeness, and the resident's unwillingness to take care of the space we all live. For the most part, the pool situation has marginally increased. I recently referred a friend to move into the building, and am seriously regretting my decision, especially with the amount of bugs that she has in her apartment and the unwillingness for anyone to help. I had to go out and buy her spray because she did not receive any communication back from her multiple emails and phone calls. I am embarrassed that she took my advice to live her.
|Recommended: YesExcellent..nice fun property... most residents are great.... — The only real complaint we have ever had was about the people who lived above us.. the noise... stomping around from that place.. was horrible... primarily because they would be running around and stomping in the middle of the night...
and.. the pool is great, but occasionally some obnoxious people would be at the pool .. bringing in glass and loud music... finally the glass.. broken glass cause a problem... the mgmt of the property should have addressed this earlier before it happened...
that said... the Flats are excellent....and most people are really good..
|Recommended: YesGreat location, plenty to do. — Pretty good. Would recommend.
