|Recommended: YesPricey for a reason. — This isn't the complex for you and your college buddies, nor is it the retirement community. This is a building for people who want to be surrounding by other people with passions and ambition in a community of professional, but fun individuals. The grounds are amazing, and the staff, in my experience, has gone the extra mile every time to ensure that my stay is worth the price I'm paying. Nothing is free, and at The Flatts, you get what you pay for.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location and Cares Team — Great Location and an exceptional Cares Team who are friendly, outgoing and inclusive, which is a plus when you are from out of town. Only suggestion would be, be the apartment at the top, my neighbours have no concept of the noise they make with running kids, arguments and shoes heels on wooden floors...I always remove my shoes to ensure the tenants below me are not bother by the noise it makes. This will impact my decision as to whether I am going to renew my lease.

|Recommended: YesFun and convenient place to live. — Nice place with good people. They definitely try to promote community living with events, charitable drives, etc, which is great. It's not very diverse and can get a little spring breaky at times but the amenities are fantastic and the location is solid. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and there always seems to be a weird, gross smell in the hallways.

The property and amentities are beautiful and always well maintained. There are always events going on to meet your neighbors. Germantown is also beautiful and continuing to grow into a neighborhood of trendy restaurants and shops. The actual apartment space is very nice, new appliances, up to date design, and homey. The noise level from other tenants is very minimal for being on the first floor We also loved the multitude of different layouts we had to choose from. The new management are very friendly My husband and I love living at The Flats at Taylor Place in Germantown.
