|Recommended: YesOne of the best buildings in NoHo Arts District — Beautifully maintained building less than 1 yr old. They literally shampoo the carpets here twice a month. The place is very clean and well maintained. We looked at every apartment complex in the area and this was the best floor plan for the price. The only negative experience we have had are the upstairs neighbors, who are constantly stomping around, often between 12am-2am in the morning. It literally sounds like an elephant and we can hear every single step. So if you need your peace and quiet, learn from our mistake and get a top floor unit. The only other downside to this building is that they have no pool, but the large hot tub that seats like 20 people is great for small parties, and they have two party rooms which are amazing
