|Recommended: YesI love my space — I moved in April 28, 2018 and I LOVE MY SPACE. I wanted a pet free building, but the building is so clean and fresh, I only know there are pets here when I see them. The staff is fantastic and extremely professional and kind. They are attentive and follow through on whatever is needed. This was absolutely a great choice

The Residences have always been the easiest apartment complex to work with. The staff is amazing and kind, and they are always willing to help us out whenever we have a question. Maintenance is quick to respond to problems inside the apartment as well. There is plenty of available parking any time of day as well which is great Some residents don't always pick up after their pets, which is frustrating but I love that the complex is always sending out emails and passing out flyers to the apartments about it. After looking around at nearby apartments to see if we wanted to move, we decided that we love this apartment too much to leave it right now. We are so close to great bars and restaurants too. I cannot say enough great things about The Residences of Orland Park.

I have recommended the property to family members and they live here also. |Recommended: YesLove my new home — I absolutely love living at The Residences of Orland Park Crossing. I live in a row home and am beyond satisfied. The home is very spacious with tons of closet and storage space. My favorite part is being able to utilize my private patio to decompress after a long gruesome day at the office. I have no noise issues as I never hear my neighbors. I was surprised when I received my electric and gas bill, as my utilities are much lower than my previous apartment which had less sq footage . The staff is great and they are doing a wonderful job with resident events and handling all requests. Thank you for making my home - home.
