|Recommended: YesGreat complex, helpful staff — I've had a great living experience at Signature Place. The complex is quiet and clean. Also, any maintenance requests are answered in a very quick manner. I've lived in apartments where maintenance requests were simply ignored or not acknowledged until you made the request three different times. So maintenance in a quick and timely manner was very appreciated by me I also always felt very safe living here and on the property grounds. The extra amenities pool, exercise room are great. The apartments are nice, not run down.

|Recommended: YesWelcoming and cozy — For an apartment complex, Signature Place was top of the line. It was my first apartment on my own and I enjoyed living there. I felt safe and comfortable 100 of the time.
There are a couple things that I would have liked to be different. Parking could be very frustrating and even as a renter who didn't pay for a covered spot or a garage, it was ridiculous to sometimes come home from work 10pm and there were no spots available to me. I would have to park in an entirely different section and walk a distance to my place.
The pet rent is higher than any other places I have looked at and the fact that you pay the same rent for the second animal as you do for the first I found unwarranted. Especially since the monthly newsletters would promote adopting animals.
Nevertheless, I would recommend SP to any of my friends as I was quite happy living there and staff were always extremely helpful and friendly.

In regards to your parking feedback, I am sorry to hear that you had concerns regarding the parking options at Signature Place. Although Signature Place does offer enough parking spots throughout the community for all residents, I do understand that when you arrive home late in the evening hours the closer parking spots may not be always available. I am very sorry that this was a source of frustration to you. Fortunately, we do offer two different reserved parking options for residents who are interested. We appreciate your feedback regarding the pet rent and do offer a discount on pet fees if the pet is an adopted a shelter animal. We definitely love the pets at Signature Place! |Recommended: YesBeautiful, Spacious Apartments — Signature Apartments are extremely beautiful and spacious. The grounds are always kept clean and the staff is extremely friendly. If you have a dog, the grounds are extremely open to walk your dog. There are areas in which to throw away your dog's waste and the dog park is a great place to meet other people from around the complex. The apartments are beautiful on the inside and out. You will always feel like you are walking into a home instead of an apartment. Even though you may pay more for these apartments,Signature cares for you

|Recommended: YesIts a good place to live, overall — Well, the insulation isnt the greatest so our heater runs a lot, we can hear every movement of the people above us, and rent increases each year. We've gotten used to the people above us but its terrible at times. However, the staff is friendly, and the upkeep of the complex is awesome. We love how close it is to everything!

I do not like how the rent increases every year, as we have almost lived there for four years, and it has gone up too much this last time. I also dislike the parking situation where people have to illegally park just to be able to find space for their cars.
