Nice neighbors and friendly staff make this a no-brainer to sign my lease again when it comes up. The pool has been lovely, and maintenance seems to be a high priority. It's close to everything I need around town, but secluded enough to be relaxing when I'm home. Love it!

|Recommended: YesSo far, I have been impressed. — So far, it is wonderful, the units and grounds are in immaculate condition, the neighbors are friendly and the office staff has been prompt and wonderful as well. The only problem is parking, but really, that is a small price to pay for a wonderful apartment.

Only hangup I have is that the insulation for my apartment is not the best, so my heater is on more than I like in the winter.
