So, when I am down for the work week, I want it hassle free and enjoyable I have enough things to fix and maintain my waterfront home on weekends. The maintenance service, amenities, bird wildlife on the lake, frogs and squirrels, and walking and biking paths are all superb enjoyments and support. Being close to Downtown and the Harbor Financial Center with its restaurants are great. All the neighbors are friendly, and the property is most of all, safe. Over the past six years I have had two expensive condos that could not offer what Mira Flores does. There are always minor irritations, which maintenance solves quickly. I had my air go out on a holiday weekend and it was repaired in 30 minutes. When I broke an arm, the staff would help me unload my car. Great folks and a real quality place to live. Karen in sales told me Lincoln has won awards for its property management. She was absolutely right.

|Recommended: YesMy only complaint is the amount of ants that come in the apartment, otherwise nice community and staff very helpful. — You need to have pest control maintain the outside of the buildings because the ants and spiders are bad. Spraying inside does not help because they come out of the walls. The new lights put up in front of our building have caused spiders to make webs between all of our balcony railings because bugs are drawn to the light.
|Recommended: YesClean and well maintained — Its a nice complex. Tammy is excellent at the front office. Need to work on lighting in units so that there is no need for as many light bulbs. I am very impressed with Hector and his crew, he gets me my bulbs and has a good attitude towards his responsibilities
