They've gone out of their way on multiple occasions most notably in assisting in moving me from one apartment to the next within the community. If there is something they can help with, they'll definitely do what they can to make life here at Mira Flores convenient and enjoyable. I'm pretty sure they make this community a better place. |Recommended: YesExcellent Apartment for a graduate student! — I really love living at Mira Flores! The staff are extremely helpful and the maintenance workers always finish repairs within 24 hours of the service request! Living here has been hands down the BEST service from an apartment complex that I ve ever had. Mira Flores is in an amazing location too ( I love being able to walk to the movie theater on a Friday night), and the community is so beautiful and relaxing. Moreover, I ve never had a problem with parking, nor has any of my guests, which is a really hard thing to find in this area! The only potential negative would be that the countertops and kitchen floor are laminate to look like granite and wood, rather than being the real stuff. I can t say that this ever bother me at all though- they still look very nice and are functional, which is all that ever mattered to me. As a current medical student who s on a tight budget but still wants to come home to a nice apartment, I think Mira Flores is an awesome place to live! My rent is very affordable and my apartment is bigger and nicer than most of my friends apartments in the area! I definitely recommend Mira Flores!
