|Recommended: YesBeautiful place to live. — Very nice, except the neighbor directly above me makes a great deal of noise all through the late evening into early morning hours (10pm - 5am). Please let the tenant know they are disturbing others with very loud noises consistent with a bowling alley, very heavy stomping that makes items in my home rattle/shake, and often wakes me from a deep sleep with the noise (including snoring so loud that it has awaken me from a deep sleep three times in a week). It really makes it difficult to rest for work each night/day. PLEASE TALK TO THE NEIGHBOR DIRECTLY ABOVE ME. I am in #106 at 3200 Morning Glory Court. THANKS

The office staff are very friendly and professional and all our maintenance issues have been promptly addressed. We've only been in Palm Beach Gardens for a few months and we already feel completely at home.

Although some of the teenage/younger 20-somethings can get loud at times, for the most part it's manageable and people are friendly. The staff is very eager to help and facilities are quite nice. Location is superb.
