I have a lot of really nice neighbors and my dog has made a lot of new friends with the other dogs in the complex. I intend to continue living here for the foreseeable future. I would definitely recommend Sugar Mill Creek to anyone
|Recommended: YesI am very happy with my experience — It is very quiet and peaceful, yet people are there for you when you need them. We have used the electric grills by the pool many times which is a relaxing way of preparing dinner. The staff has been very responsive and helpful.

|Recommended: Yes5 Star Community — I absolutely love living here. SMC is a great place to live. The staff goes above and beyond. Neighborhood is quiet and so close to shopping. Playground and pools are maintained.

|Recommended: YesThe property has fantastic management and keeps the place well kept — Very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. The Staff Management are always friendly and happy to work with you. I had a great 1st year and I'm happy to continue to my second year with them.
No place is perfect and the only compliant I'd have is that there's always some level construction going on - but that can't be helped.
Neighbors are very friendly and I've never heard any screaming matches between a family or neighbor to neighbor.

The only thing is the playground , not very clean, too many leaves on the slides and bugs everywhere. My kids want to play all the time, but cannot because they're too scared. But other than that , the community is very nice

|Recommended: YesI am very happy here — The staff in the office are all super nice, go the extra mile to help their residents, and are very professional. Maintenance requests are handled usually the same day.
I just signed a lease for another year as I am very happy living here.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment I have rented. — Going on my second year here. It is very peaceful and noise is minimal. Rent is high for the area, however, I have not experienced any crime or unpleasantness. Sugarmill has nice events like Bingo, food truck nights and holiday events. My A C does not seem to cool the back bedroom enough, but it's a very large apartment. Maintenance has checked it out. Still, it is a lovely place to live. Staff is top notch.
