|Recommended: YesBest complex I've ever lived in — It may be a little bit more in price than others, but it's well worth it. The office staff is amazing, maintenance is extremely friendly and helpful and respond very quickly. I have no noise issues, cant hear my neighbors at all, maybe an occasional flush if I'm near the bathroom. Th grounds are immaculate and very well kept. There are NO bug issues at all Security is also a great plus. I can't say enough about this place. I'm so glad we found it. We will gladly stay here until we find a home to buy.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I have been living here for 9 months and have zero complaints at all. When there is a maintenance issue they usually address it the same day. Maintenance men are friendly, professional, and get things fixed fast. The staff at the office is super friendly, very professional, and approachable. I really like that the staff puts on small events throughout the year and on holidays, sometimes they hand out breakfast-to-go at the gate as people are heading out to work. Having a food-truck come to the community is also a great idea
The complex may be a little older, but the apartments are clean and well kept as well as the grounds. I also like that it is a gated community.

|Recommended: YesCountry Living in the City — I have lived here for 3 years and love it. It's beautiful and with the trees, Lake and paint scheme it's like living in the country. The neighbors are great. Kudos to the new management for the different functions they are bringing to the community...such as food trucks and breakfast day.
I would recommend Sugar Mill Creek to anyone looking for a HOME.

|Recommended: YesIn all honesty, it's fantastic. — It's a gated community, full of good neighborly people. For once, I'm finally living in a place where everything is managed well, the maintenance men are competent, and the neighbors are actually nice. It's quite tough to find a place like this in Pinellas, or Florida for that matter.
