My roommate and I are very happy with our current living situation. It's really been an easy transition into the adulting world from living here. I have everything I need right here which is great I also have already recommended it to a friend to a move and they have and I will continue to recommend this property

|Recommended: YesCafe at the Lofts, a place to remember. — I was a resident in the Cereal building from 2008-2010 while attending culinary school. I was new to the city so I didn't venture much. I often dined at the café initially because it was 4 doors down from my apartment then because I fell in love with the food AND the people. I have traveled over the years with work and have finally settled about 1 1 2 hours North of Pittsburgh. I was in the city on Thursday for an appointment in Shadyside and knew I HAD to visit the café for lunch. I am so happy to say, I saw the same friendly faces as I did when I lived at the lofts. I would make this drive over again and plan on doing so The Cilantro Ranch Wrap was the BEST wrap I've ever had. Full of flavor, fresh tasting, and perfectly filling. The Café at the Lofts is one of the amenities of these gorgeous apartments that make it worth every penny. Thank you for providing not only fantastic food, but excellent service, a warm welcome, and an impressive memory that made me feel home again

|Recommended: YesClean and up to par. — Location is very convenient in regards to get all over the city. Also, very modern yet classic.
|Recommended: YesComfortable and pretty — Great view from the windows, nice high ceiling, thick walls, very comfortable apartment. Heating AC system is a little annoying, and we could do with more shopping carts around the place. Also those support beams in the parking garage make driving in and out rather challenging. But overall, great living experience. Love the industrial look from all the pipes steel beams.
|Recommended: YesExcellent management and staff. Perfect Location and very well maintained. What more could you ask for — Management and maintenance men are top notch. 5 star for sure. Building is well maintain ,but will need some upgrading soon. Perfect location,jogging trail next to river ,strip district shopping across bridge within walking distance. PNC and Heinz Park within walking distance. My wife and I love it here.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a really nice apartment in Pittsburgh.
|Recommended: YesHeinz Apt — Great luxury apartment conveniently located in downtown Pittsburgh with amazing bike trail in back yard and walking distance to the strip district Lots of amenities including gym and hot tub. The common room was recently renovated and looks amazing. My only issue would be if they would leave the room open 24 7 or provide us with a key pad for residents to use after hours. Both my roommate and I work at the hospital so it would be nice to relax and read in the common area after work or on weekends that we are off. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely recommend this luxury apartment if you enjoy living in the city but still want to take advantage of some of the scenic trail Pittsburgh has to offer.
|Recommended: YesGreat Downtown Living — Great place to live for proximity to downtown, riverfront, and the stadiums. Step out of the complex to run or walk on the river path or walk down to the Pirates or Steelers games. The units' sizes are very generous with high ceilings. Our unit was pretty clean as the management usually replace many items during rental turnover.
I apprehensive at first, since we've lived in our homes for the past 25 years but it was a pleasant experience. The management team are very professional, friendly, and respectful they made us feel at home.
I liked parking the most. Access to the building with your car is fantastic it could be confusing at first, but when you get, it is so easy. They have several full time maintenance staff that are friendly and helpful. The gym is large and open 24 7 it is not like the hotel fitness centers, it is actually usable. The sauna and hot tub are large and well maintained clean. The school bus drops and picks up at the front door very safe building.

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live — Heinz Lofts is a premiere place to live. The location is within walking distance to downtown Pittsburgh, but far enough removed to not deal with the daily traffic and noise. It is minutes from a great shopping district in North Hills and also located on a running, walking, biking trail. I often hear my neighbors, but not annoyingly, so its not that big of a deal. The amenities, gym, hot tub, lap pool, sauna make up for any issues you may have, as your are unlikely to find as great a deal as this. Also, the pet charge per month is extremely reasonable and their is a doggy park in the central area of the buildings.

|Recommended: YesLovely apartments and part of Pittsburgh history Great location — Besides living in a great location with incredible views of the city of Pittsburgh, these spacious apartments have such interesting floor plans and are located in the historic buildings of the H.J. Heinz company. Love the historic nature of the site and the huge windows overlooking the Allegheny River and the city. The staff is courteous and responsive to requests. Only negative is electric bills escalate quite a bit in the very hot days in summer...the price you pay for those huge windows. Highly recommend.
