|Recommended: YesGreat Property and Staff, Great Location — Highly Recommended. Great Amenities. Nice café.
|Recommended: YesThe terrific trio team of Lincoln Management — The terrific trio team of Lincoln Management Jazzy Jackie, Lovely Linnaea, and Marvelous Mike make living at Heinz Lofts for me fun, peaceful and secure. They go beyond the call of duty to take care of my needs because I am totally alone. For example Jazzy Jackie replaced my glass bedroom door with a solid wood one for my privacy. Which the previous management would not do. Lovely Linnaea drove me to the Christmas Party Dinner they planned at Buca Di Beppo restaurant because I do not drive. Marvelous Mike helped me setup my automatic rental withdrawal from my bank account and helped me post this review because I am not computer savvy. Each month they plan sports and holiday parties, dinners so residents can meet and greet. Anything that needs repaired, they have maintenance men Jason, Dave, and Paul, who are excellent, complete the task. They have made me feel welcome with their warmth, friendliness, and professionalism.
|Recommended: YesA comfortable and convenient place to live for working professionals — Quiet. Kinda like the the movie the Shining, but in a good way.
|Recommended: YesGreat Spot — Two huge draws for me. 1 Enclosed garage. Convenient and painless in the winter. Gets toasty in the summer, but way better than getting into a burning hot car. 2 Location. About a mile walk to the Strip, Downtown, and North Side North Shore destinations is perfect for me. It's hard to imagine my life without the river path right outside.
Gym won't satisfy big lifters benching and squatting, but dumbbells to 25 , cardio machines including a rower, and weight machines are very convenient. There is oddly no hamstring curl machine despite the full compliment of other typical machines.
3 1 2 years here, under previous management my rent increases were minimal, and glancing at availability the prices might even be a touch lower now Hopefully this bodes well
For the luxury apartment price, my 1 expectation is quick maintenance response, and truly under the new management it's lightning quick.
Very quiet for city living since it's a little island as far as traffic patterns go.
|Recommended: YesAmazing — My wife and I love it here. Literally everything is great. The staff is great and attentive. Maintenance is incredibly prompt even for the smallest things. The location is perfect for a quiet neighborhood, but close to the action of the strip and downtown Pittsburgh. Our experience has been incredible, starting with Mike the leasing agent all the way through every interaction with people here.
|Recommended: YesGreat location — Great location, friendly staff and great workout area.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Live in Pittsburgh — I recently moved from NYC to Pittsburgh and moved into the Heinz Lofts. My apartment is exactly what I've always wanted when looking to move back to Pittsburgh. The apartments are huge and have big windows with great views. The staff is very friendly and have really helped me get acclimated into my new apartment. If I have a maintenance request, they come up that day and fix whatever is needed on the spot. They also host get togethers and great holiday parties so that you can meet your neighbors and become better acquainted. There is a great little cafe in the building perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning and the owner is lovely. There is also a gym with a hot tub, sauna and lap pool, all of which are all very clean and well kept. The lofts are conveniently located on the North Side right beside the river trail and the 16th Street Bridge, so you can easily walk over to the Strip District to shop and eat. I could not imagine living anywhere else in Pittsburgh
|Recommended: YesI LOVE living at the Heinz — I am totally at home in my cozy apartment at the Heinz. I love the atmosphere my neighbors are friendly, the staff is helpful, maintenance is always right on time, a trial is directly across the street and I feel safe here...I couldn't ask for anything more

|Recommended: YesTop Notch Apartments and Awesome Staff — I moved to Heinz lofts this past summer and I can honestly tell you I couldn't be happier. There are so many amenities and perks in Heinz, but the one thing that still impresses me is how secure the facilities are From entering the parking garage, to entering the building and then your own apartment. I love that and it makes me sleep better at night.
Second, the staff including the office personnel and the maintenance people are fantastic. The new management took over this summer and the residents couldn't be happier with the service provided. They're all very approachable and I can easily come in and ask anything really. In addition, the monthly get together for residents is a great idea. I've only gone once and already met lots of people that I can now recognize and chat with.
Equally important, the apartment themselves are the best I've ever lived in and I've been to 3 apartment before . I can tell you that I'm very picky when it comes to apartments and always want the best for myself. The design, the high ceiling, the loft feel, the low noise coming from neighboring apartments are definitely a plus. The only minor thing I would change is probably the amount of lighting they initially provide.
Finally, the extra perks from the gym, to the heated covered parking included in the rent , to the carts for transporting your groceries directly from the car to the apartment bring that extra level of comfort.
I literally don't want to move anywhere else and I hope I stay long enough in Pittsburgh so I can continue enjoying the good feelings and vibes that living in Heinz provide.
|Recommended: YesLuxury for the Everyday Man — After stressing out about starting a new job in Shadyside without having a place to live and being so used to the extremely cheap price tag of living in northern Pennsylvania for years, I decided to take the leap and move to the Heinz Lofts after looking at the website a hundred times. I called on a random day close to the end of business hours for the team and Kim showed me two apartments and I found the perfect one Literally the easiest purchase I've had. They are great people, they gave me every discount imaginable, the amenities are awesome and this place is set up like a palace. It's clean, safe, worth every penny and I can't say I have a single complaint. Plus, the little cafe is delicious Thanks so much for making my first big city move so much less stressful. Having the perfect place to live really makes or breaks a person.
|Recommended: YesAn updated piece of history — We just moved into the lofts in October and so far we love it. The apartment itself is beautiful and large, we do have a corner unit so we have a lot of windows which is nice. I know some of the apartments don't have as many windows so the natural lighting can vary greatly between apartments.
In terms of amenities, the gym is pretty well equipped, the laundry in each apartment is great smaller washer and dryers but it still beats a laundromat , and I don't know about the others but our one bedroom apartment has plenty of space.
The parking garage is an odd layout as you can tell it wasn't meant to be a parking garage, and some people don't know how to park but it definitely beats trying to find street parking.
Overall I love it here, and I would recommend it to any of my friends to live here.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Place to Live Wouldn't Change Anything — My husband and I have lived at Heinz Lofts for about 6 months now and can't imagine a better place to live. The amenities are fantastic - the new management company has made substantial improvements to the gym including new TVs and free weights as well as repairing the hot tub. The staff in the office are very friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment is beautiful, all new paint and carpet when we moved in and no problems with anything. Our only complaint at the time we moved in was that these were not pet friendly apartments, but that has since changed. The staff also hosts wonderful events, including splendid Halloween and Christmas parties.
|Recommended: YesHeinz Lofts — We have lived here for more than a year. It was a really good place to live. I have to say that with the new team, it is great They have done more in the short time they have been here than the year prior. But, the best is the location. We are within walking distance of sports, theater, medical, and especially the Strip District. We couldn't ask for a better place to support our life style.
Loving Pittsburgh,

|Recommended: YesHeinz Lofts is an exceptional place to reside. The Management team is outstanding. — My husband and I have resided at the Heinz Lofts for almost 4 years. We reside in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a rooftop deck that offers a spectacular view of the river and city. I have hosted many dinners on the rooftop deck and have been told the location is magical.
The Heinz Lofts is a beautiful place to live as it offers a contemporary flare in an historic building. The amenities are exceptional which includes Secured parking, State of the Art Gym, Café on the Lofts, Guest Suite, and the Urban Escape Spa. The Lofts is within walking distance to the Strip District, North Shore Trail, Market Square, and the beautiful downtown city of Pittsburgh which offers an endless selection of restaurants, art and shopping centers. The location is also close to all sporting events and concert venues.
The Heinz Lofts Management and staff go above and beyond to ensure overall satisfaction for the residents. Their service is exceptional and greatly appreciated. The residents at Heinz Lofts are valued and this makes all the difference in the world. We love residing at the Heinz Lofts.
Thank you.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The convenience to the Strip District and Cultural District make the Lofts a great choice. The building is well maintained and the management team is friendly and helpful. If you can get a roof top deck, you'll love the view. The lofts are quiet and you rarely hear noise from neighbors. A great value for the money.
