|Recommended: Yes HeinzLoftsLove — My experience living in the Heinz Lofts, has been nothing short of wonderful. The location, price, community, etc are all what I was looking for when I moved to Pittsburgh. The building itself is beautiful and the North Shore has a rich history to it. The Heinz Lofts do a great job of creating a sense of community among their residents and making the apartment feel like home, which was huge for me, as I moved from the state of California. You definitely get what you pay for here... a beautiful apartment, in a diverse neighborhood, with accessibility into downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, friendly maintenance and management staff, great amenities, various options in floor plans, clean living spaces, etc. The Heinz Lofts are charming with an old new feel to them. They are located right on the Allegheny River with easy access to the trail, great for running and biking It's easy to walk into the Strip District as well as into downtown Pittsburgh. I love living here and being a part of this community I credit the Heinz Lofts management and office staff for providing a great experience for me, thus far

|Recommended: YesGreat location — Convenient to everything. Always clean. Like a beehive, workers leave the nest every day and come back, but you never see your neighbor. Pay 100 as part of your rent for parking and cars will wait outside for someone else to open the garage so that they can follow you in. Management doesnt seem to do anything about it.

|Recommended: YesI love living here — Great place to live, location is perfect, staff is incredible. Only thing I would like would be for the fitness center to be updated. Needs updated TV's, one that you can actually see and hear.
