submitted by Idley J. - |Recommended: YesGood place to live — I have lived here a year, and I still enjoy it. Close to Bluebonnet Trail and park, two pools, ample parking. Quiet neighborhood. I haven't heard any fights, etc. Great location in Plano, close to 75 and a lot of restaurants and stores. The maintenance requests are answered the same day or next day. Friendly staff.

The Maintenance team is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The quality of life was truly embraced by the entire staff. I hated to leave this property.

submitted by Melissa F. - |Recommended: YesI've never felt more at home — This place is phenomenal I have been here for eighteen months and just signed a renewal because I love it so much The staff office and maintenance crew is always very kind and helpful They make sure to take every step to make you feel like family and see that you're taken care of. My only real issue with this place is pretty much a non-issue and more a personal preference. I don't care for single paned windows, but I'm obviously not bothered enough to want to leave. I love it here, and really feel like I'm living in a house rather than an apartment I'll stay here as long as I can, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to live at a more than comfortable price point

The only complaints I really have is with the actual residence who don't seem to know how to clean up after their pets. My unit is constantly picking up poo on our front lawn that seems to spring up in the night. I am not sure if we just have poo producing grass or residence wait until the dead of night to take their dogs out. Other than that everyone is friendly and its fairly safe in the area. Maintenance is on point all the time. I have only had one time in the 18 months I've lived here that they took more than a day or two to get out. The maintenance man is very friendly, informative and helpful. Overall I love this place and will stay here for as long as I possibly can.

The management staff is professional and knowledgeable and really seem to care about their residents. The maintenance staff is prompt in completing work orders and in communicating with you re time frames to expect them.
